Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring an impeccable and luxurious patient experience, from reception through to resolution of their logistical and administrative needs. Key Highlights: 1. The Concierge is responsible for ensuring an impeccable patient flow—from reception through resolution of logistical needs—while consistently maintaining standards of luxury hospitality and administrative efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * **360° Welcome Management:** Greet patients and family members following protocols of highest courtesy, ensuring swift registration and comfortable waiting. * **Operational Problem-Solving:** Actively manage specialists’ schedules and coordinate with the cashier department to expedite billing and payment processes. * **Digital Support:** Manage communication tools (WhatsApp Business) for appointment confirmations and handling of first-level inquiries. * **Hospitality Oversight:** Supervise waiting areas and consultation rooms to ensure compliance with required standards of order and cleanliness for a premium environment. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Hospitality, Hotel Management, Public Relations, Administration, or hospital reception (in progress or completed). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles within healthcare or hospitality settings. * Proficiency in administrative management systems. * Mastery of digital tools and instant messaging platforms. * **High Problem-Solving Capability:** Ability to independently resolve conflicts. * **Empathy and Warmth:** Exceptional human interaction even under stressful conditions.
