




Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to assist in solving production problems, developing manufacturing procedures, and participating in new product development. Participate in new product development and staff training. ***Bitron de México is seeking a Process Engineer*** ***Education:*** (Process Engineering or related fields) **Knowledge Requirements:** Line balancing and time-and-motion studies Continuous Improvement APQP Core tools IPC 711 and 721 ISO 9000 and ISO/TS 16949:2009/VDA/IATF ***Responsibilities:*** \- Provide support to supervisors, quality engineers, maintenance technicians, and process technicians to: resolve production issues related to materials, processes, and equipment operation; and generate ideas to improve production process efficiency. \- Adapt and develop manufacturing and material preparation procedures to meet quality standards. \- Participate in new product development, utilization of new raw materials, new facilities or equipment, and support implementation of such developments. \- Participate in training for maintenance, production, and quality personnel. \- Study, analyze, and implement necessary changes to equipment, raw materials, and human resources with a focus on continuous improvement. \- Participate in environmental and occupational safety matters (equipment and environmental protection) in coordination with the company’s safety officer. \- Analyze and interpret results according to technical problems and process parameters to optimize them. \- Attend weekly production/maintenance meetings to stay informed about issues and provide support in resolving them. \- Knowledge of SMT process English Decision-making ability Working hours Monday to Friday Work location: On-site employment / Inno Industrial Park No transportation issues Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $27,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
