Job Summary: We are seeking a Heavy Machinery Diesel Mechanic with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, engine and hydraulic system repairs, and fault diagnosis. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance of heavy machinery in the construction sector 2. Proficiency in CUMMINS, DETROIT, and CATERPILLAR diesel engines, among others 3. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems We are currently recruiting for the position of: **"Heavy Machinery Diesel Mechanic"** Experience: **3 years** in preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy machinery (construction sector), including excavators, backhoes, crawler tractors, compactors, motor graders, sweepers, pavers, equipped with CUMMINS, DETROIT, CATERPILLAR, INTERNATIONAL, MERCEDES BENZ engines; engine assembly and disassembly, etc. Knowledge: * Internal combustion engine operation * Hydraulic systems * Pneumatic and basic electrical systems * Hydraulic pump repair * Operation, diagnosis, and repair of faults in construction machinery * Handling of hazardous substances * Use of machinery parts software * Interpretation of hydraulic diagrams * Interpretation of electrical and electronic diagrams * Use of scanner, multimeter, vernier caliper, and manometer * Waste classification * Spill control **Responsibilities:** * Assembly, disassembly, and adjustment of diesel engines * Repair of heavy equipment and machinery * Hydraulic pump repair * Diesel injector repair and calibration * Diagnosis and repair of faults in hydraulic and electrical systems * Preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy machinery, engines (CUMMINS, DETROIT, and CATERPILLAR) * Reading of diagrams, blueprints, and interpretation of manuals * Logging entries in maintenance logs * Handling of substances and waste * Knowledge of internal combustion (diesel) engines * Hydraulic and hydrostatic systems, servo transmissions, torque converters, and diagnostic equipment operation **General Knowledge:** * Knowledge of internal combustion (diesel) engines * Hydraulic and hydrostatic systems, servo transmissions, torque converters, and diagnostic equipment operation **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Direct employment by the company * Job stability **WORK LOCATION:** Atizapan de Zaragoza **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
