Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Resident with extensive experience in public works, capable of leading contracts, managing suppliers, and supervising electrical installations, while legally representing the company. Key Highlights: 1. Development and execution of public and private construction contracts. 2. Negotiation and management of supplier contracts. 3. Supervision of the proper execution of electrical installations. Required Position: Electrical Resident for Public Works Requirements: Electromechanical Engineer or equivalent Experience: 15 years as an Electrical Resident for Public Works Requirements: * Professional experience with engineering management software and BIM methodology for electrical engineering * Leadership Responsibilities: * Develop, lead, and execute public and private construction contracts * Negotiate and manage supplier contracts * Manage inventories * Legally represent the company as the technical responsible party * Monitor construction schedules and ensure contract deadlines are met * Supervise the proper execution of installations (low/medium voltage, lighting, power, substations) on-site.
