Job Summary: We are seeking a 24x24 Security Guard for a Hemodialysis Clinic, responsible for security, access control, incident prevention, and emergency response. Key Points: 1. Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in security surveillance. 2. Conduct patrols, access control, and incident prevention. 3. Ability to respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities. A 24x24 Security Guard is required for a Hemodialysis Clinic. Requirements: Education: Completed high school. Experience: 2 to 5 years of verifiable experience. Availability for night shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. Main Responsibilities: * Periodic patrols: inspect facilities, doors, windows, fixtures, and critical areas. * Access control: verify identity and authorization of persons and vehicles entering or exiting. * Incident prevention: detect and correct hazards (lighting issues, open doors, malfunctioning equipment). * Emergency response: handle fires, alarms, intrusions, evacuations, and provide basic first aid until emergency services arrive. * Recordkeeping and reporting: maintain a logbook of events, incidents, and actions taken during the shift. * Coordination with authorities: contact police, fire department, or medical services as necessary. * Maintaining order: deter suspicious or confrontational behavior and mediate simple situations. * Custody of keys/objects: securely manage keys, documents, or items under custody. * Basic maintenance: report, and if appropriate, rectify minor faults (e.g., replacing light bulbs, closing doors). Administrative and closing tasks: * File relevant reports and incident records. Recommended Competencies: * Observation, discipline, and responsibility. * Clear communication and knowledge of emergency protocols. * Basic knowledge of first aid and fire extinguisher use. * Ability to write clear reports.
