Establish a friendly relationship and provide solution alternatives. **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Centro Entity: Guanajuato Location Type: AT\&T Celaya Branch Offices **BTP Position Objective** ------------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs at AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Key BTP Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure service level standards, thereby providing alternatives for problem resolution. Execute quality standards established by Management, and likewise ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely record customer visits in the company’s systems to enhance satisfaction.
