Staff training and administration **OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR** Parque Innovación, El Marqués, Querétaro At XCF, a consolidated cargo transportation company, we seek talent to coordinate logistics operations and ground transportation. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in cargo transportation, logistics, courier services, or parcel delivery. * Proficiency in Excel. * Availability to rotate shifts monthly. * No relocation constraints. Responsibilities: * Supervision of operations and operational staff. * Coordination of vehicle and forklift checklists. * Fuel consumption performance monitoring. * Validation of manifests and service evidence. * Staff training and administration.
