Job Summary: IDS Comercial is seeking a Bilingual Business Analyst with experience in systems, process diagrams, requirements management, and agile/predictive methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of cloud services and video surveillance systems At IDS Comercial, we are looking for a Bilingual Business Analyst with the following profile: * Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Administration, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in the role * Advanced proficiency in English * Process diagramming * Creation of architecture and security diagrams * Requirements management * Business process diagramming * Test case generation and execution * Mockup design * Knowledge of cloud and network services * Understanding of hardware architecture * Familiarity with Windows operating systems * Knowledge of video file handling * Experience with professional Video Management Systems (VMS) (Lenel and Milestone) * Experience with predictive (waterfall) and agile or hybrid methodologies * Jira Confluence * **Work arrangement:** Hybrid **Location:** Celaya, Guanajuato We are an inclusive company free from any form of discrimination, where opportunities are available to those who demonstrate attitude and talent.
