**Job Description** Provide support to the Commercial Manager in maintaining a positive business relationship with the customer portfolio comprising the commercial customer base, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth in the commercial market. **Responsibilities** * Assist the Commercial Manager in providing continuous training to commercial team members to ensure excellent service and thorough understanding of commercial operational processes. * Support the Commercial Manager in reviewing and monitoring daily performance against established indicators to ensure achievement of objectives, including Commercial Sales (profitability), reduction in vehicle accidents, and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to verify proper implementation of commercial policies and operational procedures (returns, cash registers, price changes, effective credit management) with the goal of increasing sales and delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction. * **Requirements** * Technical degree or equivalent * Field of study in Automotive Mechanical Technician, Administrative Mechanic, or related disciplines * 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive parts or spare parts, as a service supervisor at an automotive dealership, commercial advisor at a dealership, counter specialist at a dealership, or commercial advisor at chain repair shops * Skills in automotive spare parts and computer operation * Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
