Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Trafficker with experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on lead generation and conversions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign management and optimization on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. 2. Implementation of strategies for lead generation and conversions. 3. Data analysis for decision-making and strategic improvements. Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Business, or related field 2 to 4 years of experience as a digital trafficker Proven experience managing campaigns on: Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns Technical knowledge: Ad campaign setup and management, Audience segmentation and custom audience creation, Pixel and event implementation (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, etc.), Analysis of metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) Proficiency with tools such as: ● Meta Business Manager ● Google Ads Manager ● TikTok Ads Manager ● Google Analytics ● Google Tag Manager Campaign optimization (A/B testing); Data interpretation and decision-making What You’ll Do: 1\. Set up and launch campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. 2\. Define audiences, segmentation, and campaign structures. 3\. Monitor daily campaign performance. 4\. Optimize campaigns to improve results (CTR, CPA, ROAS). 5\. Conduct A/B tests on ads, ad copy, and audience segmentation. 6\. Coordinate with the creative team for ad development. 7\. Generate performance reports and results analysis. 8\. Propose data-driven strategic improvements. 9\. Manage advertising budgets. 10\. Ensure proper pixel and tracking functionality.
