Construction company seeks: **Special Systems Resident.** Completed degree: Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: 1 year. **Technical Knowledge:** Basic principles of design and functionality of integrated security, network, control, and monitoring solutions. (Video surveillance systems / Access control / Fire detection and alarm systems / Voice and data systems). Fundamentals and/or principles of applicable standards and regulations in the security and networking sector. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordination and supervision of activities carried out by subcontractors providing labor for special systems. Control and monitoring of on-site progress, administrative control follow-up at the construction site. Tracking of supplies, deliveries, testing, and commissioning of the various installed special systems.
