Job Description: Profile* Bachelor of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical. * More than 3 years of experience in NEW product development processes, emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities. * Technical conversational English level (bilingual desirable). * Expert of RCA methods as 8D, A3\. Previous relevant experience with Design of experiments, life data analysis, and other related statistical tools and software (i.e. Minitab, ReliaSoft, MonteCarlo). * ASQ Reliability Engineering Certification (ASQ\-CRE). Vibrations and sound certification (Desirable) * Knowledge and experience in core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF, CP) * Ability to travel 25% of time (including international) Activities* Lead teams for new product designs and engineering changes with respect to product reliability, user requirements and warranty information. * Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to define the products specifications/CTQs leading in all aspect of reliability, quality, and testing. * Draw concise, logical, and written conclusions from experiments / tests results based on data analysis.
