As an Operations Associate, you’ll work directly with the Head of Operations to ensure our processes are as intelligent as our technology. We’re looking for someone with an owner mindset—unafraid to roll up their sleeves and eager to learn how to scale an AI startup from the inside. **What You’ll Do:** 1. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and design and implement improvements across Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support. 2. Strategic Intervention: Step directly into accounts needing assistance, proposing and executing solutions to improve customer experience. 3. Data-Driven Analysis: Use Excel/Sheets to analyze operational metrics and uncover opportunities for improvement. 4. Voice of the Customer: Collect critical user feedback to help the product team prioritize the roadmap. 5. Documentation: Build the "bible" of our processes so the team can scale in an organized way. **Requirements** 1.
