Main Responsibilities * Execute preparation checklists, ingredient lists, and mise en place as directed by the Head Chef and Manager. * Manage and control inventory using the **FIFO system**. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (**“Punto Limpio” Certification and NOM-251**). * Prepare food and beverages ensuring **flavor, quality, and presentation**. * Perform basic kitchen and bar tasks: reductions, blanching, plating, and cleaning. * Maintain clean and orderly work areas: kitchen, bar, storage, and common areas. * Support special events, catering, or additional production. * Actively collaborate to achieve the branch’s **operational objectives**. Required Profile * Education: **Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy** (intern or graduate). * Experience: Minimum **2 years in similar roles** (cash register and bar, preferably in cafés or restaurants). * Gender: Not specified.
