Job Summary: Supervises security personnel, provides ongoing training, conducts regular inspections, manages emergencies, and ensures regulatory compliance and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and training of security personnel. 2. Emergency management and regulatory compliance. 3. Facility inspections and report preparation. Personnel Supervision: The supervisor must ensure that security personnel fulfill their duties, including performing patrols, monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and reporting occurrences. Training and Instruction: The supervisor must provide continuous training and instruction to security personnel on procedures, equipment usage, emergency response, and regulatory compliance. Inspection and Evaluation: The supervisor must conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and security procedures to identify risks and ensure adherence to standards. Emergency Management: The supervisor must be prepared to coordinate emergency responses, including activation of protocols, communication with authorities, and assistance to affected individuals. Regulatory Compliance: The supervisor must ensure compliance with all applicable internal and external security regulations and standards. Communication and Reporting: The supervisor must maintain consistent communication with subordinates as well as with other departments and relevant authorities. In addition, the supervisor must prepare periodic reports on the security status.
