




Grill Cook: Location: Avenida San Luis Potosí, Colonia Roma Norte, Cuauhtémoc Borough. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM; day off on Sunday. Main Responsibilities * **Preparation and Cooking:** Seasoning, marinating, and grilling meats, fish, chicken, and vegetables to perfection, achieving the desired doneness. * **Quality Control:** Checking product freshness, monitoring portion weights, and ensuring food meets quality and presentation standards. * **Maintenance:** Lighting and maintaining the grill, managing fuel (charcoal/gas), and thoroughly cleaning the workstation and utensils. * **Order Management:** Working efficiently to deliver dishes on time, often in coordination with other kitchen stations. Key Skills * **Grilling Techniques:** Mastery of grilling and frying techniques, knowledge of meat cuts and cooking times. * **Organization and Prioritization:** Ability to handle multiple tasks and orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * **Hygiene and Safety:** Strict adherence to food handling standards to prevent illness. * **Attention to Detail:** Precision in portioning, recipes, and temperature control. * **Teamwork:** Effective communication and collaboration with kitchen staff. * **Endurance:** Physical stamina to stand and work in hot environments.
