Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead staff, manage inventory, and optimize operations at a pallet manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate warehouse staff 2. Conduct cyclic and monthly inventory counts 3. Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods The pallet manufacturing plant is seeking a candidate with prior experience in warehouse management to perform the following activities. Job Requirements: 1. Technical degree, incomplete university degree, or courses validating knowledge in warehousing and logistics (an advantage) 2. Prior experience supervising staff 3. Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in warehousing and inventory management 4. Leadership and assertive communication skills 5. Strong verbal communication skills 6. Decision-making ability and sound judgment 7. Proactive individual with high initiative Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate assigned staff (approximately 8 people) 2. Perform cyclic and monthly inventory counts 3. Collaborate closely with the Quality Manager 4. Purchase scheduling 5. Maintain proper warehouse organization 6. Coordinate and organize incoming and outgoing goods 7. Ensure proper handling and storage of goods 8. Maintain warehouse order, workflow, daily operations, and problem resolution.
