Collect molded parts from the machine and place them in the corresponding Kan\-Ban area. Monitor the FIFO system. Collect castings from machines and arrange them. Deliver molded products to our internal customers. Request raw materials required for molding. Ensure the integrity of molded products in the Kan\-Ban area. Supply materials to processes under your responsibility timely and accurately. Move/transfer materials timely and accurately from racks to load orders. Perform material transfers in the system according to requirements (neither overloading nor underloading, nor deferring loading). Maintain order in your work area (clean, organized, labeled, etc.). Follow the 5S methodology. BOM lotting. Adhere to good manufacturing practices and documentation requirements. Segregate and identify line materials. Support Material Specialist II with scrap counting and reporting for the assigned process. Support Material Specialist II in maintaining Kan\-Ban/Min\-Max inventory. Support all programs and initiatives related to the Code of Ethics, Jabil Healthcare Values, and sustainability programs. Support all Safety, Hygiene, and Quality Program initiatives. Understand and implement the Quality Policy. Complete all training requirements per the Training Matrix and Quality Management System, trainings identified during training needs assessments, and attend all training sessions when participation is required. Other responsibilities may be assigned occasionally as needed, depending on company evolution and departmental/position requirements.
