Main Responsibilities: 1. Plan and monitor the comprehensive development plan for children, adolescents, and youth. 2. Ensure identification, respect, protection, and response to individual needs and rights. 3. Guide direct care professionals according to organizational policies, standards, and budgetary guidelines. 4. Identify local services and resources for mental health and education for children, adolescents, and youth. 5. Manage partnerships with governmental and private institutions. 6. Provide active listening and emotional support to children, adolescents, and youth. 7. Coordinate actions related to integration, linkage, and program participant transitions. 8. Promote ongoing relationships with families of origin. 9. Coordinate training and capacity-building activities for direct care professionals. 10. Coordinate individual and family development plans for children, adolescents, and youth. 11. Prepare quarterly reports and periodic evaluations of children, adolescents, and youth. 12. Keep records up to date and conduct periodic assessments. 13. Develop community-based educational and recreational activities for the program community. * Location: Comitán, Chiapas. * Work Mode: On-site. * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Knowledge: * Experience and knowledge in childhood, adolescence, and families in vulnerable conditions. * Psychopedagogical tools focused on individual, group, and community work processes. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of socio-educational and psychopedagogical techniques for working with families. * Basic knowledge of child and youth protection policies (desirable). * Human rights, childhood, and gender approaches. * Familiarity with systemic family approach. * Techniques for improving inappropriate behaviors and general behavior modification. * Diagnostic, evaluation, and intervention processes at family and group levels. * Early stimulation and learning processes. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, psychopedagogy, education, or a related social science field (degree and/or professional license required). * Specialization: Desirable in systemic family intervention. * Experience: Minimum of two years of prior experience in similar roles, working with children, adolescents, and youth and/or in family development. * Travel availability: Yes, 50%. * Language: English, basic level (desirable).
