Buenavista.* If you are a natural leader with a sweet touch and a contagious smile, we want to meet you! **Requirements:** * Retail store management experience * Strong leadership and effective communication skills * Age 26–40 * Flexible schedule (evening shift) * Residency within the area * Minimum ONE YEAR of full-store administration experience in the food service industry, including sales targets, staff management, and correct application of quality and hygiene protocols. * Professional appearance, friendly and helpful demeanor. ***MANDATORY FOOD INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE DUE TO FOOD HANDLING REQUIREMENTS. NO DEPARTMENT STORES, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, ETC.*** **The Branch Manager at Crepe Corner has the following responsibilities:** * **Team Management**: Supervise and lead the sales and customer service team, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver an excellent customer experience. * **Customer Service**: Guarantee exceptional customer service by efficiently and courteously resolving any issues or complaints. * **Inventory Management**: Control and manage inventories of ingredients, supplies, and products, ensuring availability at all times. * **Product Preparation and Presentation**: Ensure crepes and other products are prepared and presented according to Crepe Corner’s quality and presentation standards. * **Financial Management**: Manage branch finances, including cash handling, invoicing, and expense control. * **Safety and Cleanliness**: Ensure the branch is clean and safe for customers and employees, complying with safety and health regulations. * **Training and Development**: Train and develop staff to improve performance and skills. * **Problem Resolution**: Resolve branch-related problems and conflicts efficiently and effectively. * **Communication with Headquarters**: Maintain effective communication with Crepe Corner’s headquarters to report results, request support, and share ideas. **We Offer:** * $13,000 monthly (gross), paid biweekly * Statutory benefits * Monday to Sunday (midweek day off) * Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (flexible schedule) Don’t miss the opportunity to join our team and share your passion for crepes! ***SEND WA 55 6033\-5335 WITH YOUR NAME AND BRANCH OF INTEREST TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW\**** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (Mandatory) Experience: * Store Manager: 1 year (Mandatory) * Personnel Administration: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
