We are looking for: **IT Engineer** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field * Advanced conversational English (90%) (CV must be submitted in English) * Minimum 4 years of experience in this position * At least 3 years of experience in development and technical support * Configuration of computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.) * Verification of computer hardware (hard drives, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure proper functionality. * Installation and configuration of software to ensure correct operation and productivity for employees. * Training users on systems to ensure appropriate and secure use of IT infrastructure. * Maintenance and administration of local networks to optimize performance. * Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems. * Scheduling physical and logical maintenance of computing equipment and network devices without affecting operations. * Troubleshooting and diagnostics to repair or replace components of computing equipment and IT devices. * Maintaining records of technical support and maintenance schedules. * Assisting in quoting and purchasing computing equipment, accessories, and peripherals (IT devices).
