Supervise musical production and sound design projects. **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly qualified **Audio Engineering Instructor** to join our academic team, with experience in technical and practical sound production training. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical classes, and guiding students in the professional use of audio tools and processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver classes in audio recording, editing, and production. * Teach advanced use of **Pro Tools** for audio recording, editing, and MIDI programming. * Guide hands-on practice with analog and digital audio systems. * Supervise musical production and sound design projects. * Develop exercises on sound synthesis, signal processing, and effects. * Maintain a dynamic, orderly, and structured learning environment. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in **Pro Tools** for audio/MIDI recording and editing. * Strong aptitude for mathematics and understanding of the physics of sound. * Experience with analog and digital audio systems and digitization processes. * Advanced knowledge of processor manipulation and use of virtual instruments (VST, AU). * Basic to intermediate keyboard performance skills. * Knowledge of microphone types, operation principles, and microphone techniques. * Experience with sound synthesis methods (subtractive, FM, additive, granular, etc.). * Intermediate knowledge of acoustics and psychoacoustics. * Strong verbal communication skills, organized thinking, leadership ability, and group management skills. **Ideal Profile:** A proactive individual with a teaching vocation, clear communication skills, a practical approach, and the ability to motivate and lead student groups.
