Main Responsibilities: 1. Plan and monitor the holistic development plan for children, girls, adolescents, and youth. 2. Ensure identification, respect, protection, and response to individual needs and rights. 3. Guide direct-care professionals according to organizational policies, standards, and budgetary guidelines. 4. Identify local mental health and education services and resources for children, girls, and adolescents. 5. Build partnerships with governmental and private institutions. 6. Provide active listening and emotional containment for children, girls, and adolescents. 7. Coordinate actions related to integration, linkage, and program exit for participants. 8. Promote ongoing engagement with children’s and youth’s families of origin. 9. Coordinate training and capacity-building activities for direct-care professionals. 10. Coordinate individual and family development plans for children, girls, adolescents, and youth. 11. Prepare quarterly reports and periodic evaluations of children, girls, adolescents, and youth (CGAY). 12. Maintain up-to-date case files and conduct periodic assessments. 13. Develop community-based educational and recreational activities for the program community. * Location: Comitán, Chiapas. * Work modality: In-person. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Knowledge Requirements: * Experience and knowledge in childhood, adolescence, and families in situations of vulnerability. * Psychopedagogical tools focused on individual, group, and community-level interventions. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of socio-educational and psychopedagogical techniques for working with families. * Basic understanding of child and youth protection policies (desirable). * Human rights, childhood, and gender perspectives. * Systemic family approach. * Techniques for addressing inappropriate behaviors and general behavior modification. * Diagnostic, assessment, and intervention processes at family and group levels. * Early stimulation and learning processes. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Psychopedagogy, Education, or another social science discipline relevant to this position. (Degree certificate and/or professional license mandatory.) * Specialization: Systemic family intervention (desirable). * Experience: Minimum two years of prior experience in similar roles working with children, girls, adolescents, youth, and/or in family development. * Willingness to travel: Yes, up to 50%. * Language: English, basic level (desirable).
