Requirements: * High school diploma (General Bachelor's Degree) * Minimum 1 year of experience selling financial products, preferably in banking credit. * Solid communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Excellent proficiency with computer tools and financial management systems. Job Responsibilities: * Provide advisory and guidance to customers regarding the acquisition of bank loans. * Prospect new customers and acquire loan portfolios. * Develop proposals and present financial solutions aligned with customers' needs. * Properly manage documentation required for credit approval. * Maintain close coordination with internal departments involved in the credit process. * Meet sales and follow-up performance indicators established by the organization. * Stay updated on financial market trends and banking products.
