Proficiency in Office applications and digital shipping platforms, both domestic and international. Valid driver’s license and availability for occasional travel. Main responsibilities include: * Tracking project planning, including required materials for project setup, considering quality and quantity. * Coordinating with project personnel to monitor progress, delivery dates, and especially client-required quality and requested quantities. * Monitoring the project to ensure no materials, work orders, purchase requisitions, or required items are missing. * Daily review of the production schedule to ensure all projects are on time and meet specifications. * Verifying that projects are properly packaged and shipped to their destination on time.
