This position is subject to a series of background checks, including criminal record checks and/or disclosures, to ensure program participants are protected. **About the Position** The selected candidate will primarily provide legal guidance on migration regularization processes and procedures in Mexico to individuals in situations of human mobility and priority populations served by the Protected Pathway Program. To achieve this objective, the position will promote cross-cutting and collaborative work with other departments (psychology, medical, educational, and social work) to address protection needs or gender-based violence.
