We are currently seeking a File Assistant to support the organization, safeguarding, and digitization of company documents, ensuring both physical and digital archives are orderly, accessible, and secure for all departments. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Scan physical documents and ensure image quality is optimal and legible. * Classify, organize, and archive physical and digital documents according to internal systems and procedures. * Maintain document inventory and report missing, duplicate, or damaged items. * Prepare and deliver documents to respective departments upon request. * Support the cleanup of outdated or obsolete files in accordance with document retention policies. * Keep the filing area clean, organized, and secure, ensuring controlled access to confidential documents. * Collaborate on large-scale digitization projects or process improvement initiatives for archiving. **Requirements** * Minimum education: high school diploma or technical degree in Administration, Document Management, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience handling physical and digital files. * Proficiency with scanners and basic digitization tools (PDF, OCR, etc.). * Basic knowledge of document management systems or Office software suites. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsibility in handling confidential information. * Ability to work under instructions and maintain order within the filing area. **Benefits** * Statutory benefits * Weekly payroll *At TS Trucking, we are committed to providing equal opportunity to all candidates and employees.
