**Job Description** Due to staff expansion, **Construvivienda Tecnologicas** is seeking an **Urbanization Resident** responsible for executing, supervising, and controlling infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, current technical and legal standards. We seek a candidate who demonstrates leadership, discipline, and commitment to maintaining the quality of our projects and aligning with the company’s philosophy and objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Review construction drawings and work volumes to ensure compliance. * Conduct on-site supervision of construction progress (pavement, curbs, sanitary and hydraulic networks, backfilling, treatment plants, pump stations, etc.). * Monitor inventories of materials and equipment assigned to the project. * Report progress and assist in entering information into internal systems. * Coordinate and supervise work crews and subcontractors. * Verify construction process quality to prevent non-conforming deliveries. * Prepare project documentation (warehouse vouchers, reports, procedures). * Ensure compliance with on-site safety regulations. **Requirements** * **Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Technician degree. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar role (urbanization or residential construction). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Construction and urbanization. * Project administration and inventory control. * Unit-price software (Opus, Neodata). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Office suite (advanced Excel). * Current construction standards.
