**Industrial Designer Position – Furniture Industry** A company dedicated to the **manufacturing and marketing of furniture** is seeking an **Industrial Designer** with experience in furniture development to contribute to the design, optimization, and improvement of our products. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and development of functional, aesthetic, and commercially viable furniture. * Preparation of technical drawings, assembly diagrams, and production specifications. * Selection of materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes. * Prototype development and monitoring throughout the production process. * Coordination with production, carpentry, and finishing departments. * Optimization of costs, timelines, and material usage. * Support in developing new product lines. * Ensuring designs comply with quality and ergonomics standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related field. * Experience in furniture design and manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Rhino, Fusion 360 or others). * Knowledge of materials (wood, MDF, melamine, hardware). * Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings. * Creativity, attention to detail, and focus on practical solutions. **Desirable Skills:** * Teamwork and effective communication. * Organization and project management. * Focus on innovation and continuous improvement. * Knowledge of current trends in furniture design.
