BARISTA / MIXOLOGIST **Role Scope – Bar Area:** \- Preparation of coffee beverages and mixology; minimum one year of experience. \- Execution and proposal of new recipes; control and organization of bar supplies. \- Customer service with emphasis on experience and hospitality. \- Ability to communicate effectively with international customers. (Fluent English) \- Area cleaning. **Work Schedule** \- 40 hours per week. \- Two days off per week (typically Sunday and Monday, subject to adjustments based on operational needs and special events). \- 12 vacation days per year. \- Fixed monthly salary of $12,000 MXN to $14,000 MXN. \- Tips (participation in internal tip-sharing scheme).
