Our Product Team sits at the heart of this mission, creating intuitive digital experiences that serve both customers and our partner ecosystem of centers. **About the Role:** We’re looking for a Product Manager who can blend strategy, execution, and communication to shape the future of our customer\-facing and internal products. This role leads the full product lifecycle— from discovery and definition, to launch, adoption, iteration, and continuous improvement—and turns complex business needs into simple, impactful solutions. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, UX, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Executive leadership to define opportunities, prioritize what matters most, and deliver products that improve satisfaction, drive adoption, and support business growth. This is a great role for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, high\-autonomy environment and wants to help build a scalable product function in a growing company. **Requirement:** Resume must be submitted in English **English level:** C1/C2 (written \& spoken) **What You’ll Do** **Product Strategy \& Vision** * Own and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities. * Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify gaps, trends, and new opportunities for innovation. * Help shape product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing. **Discovery \& Requirements** * Lead structured discovery to define problems, validate user needs, and scope impactful solutions. * Translate business needs into actionable PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and detailed specifications. * Prioritize features, enhancements, and bugs based on user value, business impact, and complexity. **Cross\-Functional Collaboration** * Act as a strategic liaison between Marketing, Operations, Sales, Support, UX, and Engineering. * Lead cross\-functional planning and delivery to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful execution. * Partner with Marketing to support go\-to\-market plans, internal rollout materials, and enablement guides. **Execution \& Delivery** * Manage product development cycles using Agile or Shape Up methodologies. * Keep teams focused, unblock progress, and ensure products and features ship on time and on scope. * Oversee integrations with third\-party systems and ensure smooth handoff across teams. **Insights, Optimization \& Growth** * Monitor product performance using analytics, feedback, and usage patterns to guide continuous improvement. * Drive product adoption by identifying friction points and collaborating with Marketing and CX on enablement strategies. * Establish metrics to track satisfaction, efficiency, and the impact of new releases. **Goals** * **User Experience \& Product Quality** Deliver intuitive, reliable, and high\-quality product experiences that reduce friction for customers, partners, and internal teams by leading strong discovery, clear requirements, and cross\-functional execution. This includes improving onboarding, usability, and communication across products; increasing adoption and satisfaction through data\-driven iteration; and ensuring features are delivered on time with clarity, alignment, and measurable improvements to user and team experience. * **Revenue Growth \& Operational** Drive measurable business value by prioritizing and delivering product initiatives that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and Alliance’s strategic market position. This includes aligning the product roadmap with business goals, identifying high\-impact opportunities through market and competitive analysis, improving efficiency across workflows and integrations, supporting go\-to\-market success, and establishing metrics to track financial performance, adoption, and return on investment. **Who We’re Looking For** * 5–7 years in product management or similar roles (business analysis, UX, operations). * Proven experience owning products end\-to\-end—from conception to post\-launch analysis. * Strong communicator with excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills. * Analytical, structured thinker with a strong grasp of systems, user flows, and service operations. * Comfortable managing ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and making data\-driven decisions. * Experience managing product P\&L or setting strategic direction is a plus. **Skills \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus). * Experience creating clear, structured PRDs, BRDs, specs, and process diagrams. * Familiarity with Agile or Shape Up development workflows. * Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data for product decisions. * Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or service\-based business models is preferred. **Tools We Use (Preferred Experience)** * Project Management: Jira, Asana, ProofHub * CRM: HubSpot * Analytics: Power BI, Google Analytics, PostHug * Flows/Mapping: Figma, diagrams.net, Whimsical * Docs \& Collaboration: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint) **Nice to Have** * Product certifications such as CPM or ACPM * Experience in tech\-enabled service industries or operational software **What We Offer** * Mexican benefits by law * Opportunity to shape innovative tools that support modern businesses around the world * High\-impact role in a growing, entrepreneurial environment * A supportive team that values clarity, collaboration, and product leadership Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $60,000\.00 \- $80,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * managing product P\&L : 1 year (Preferred) * Agile methodologies or Shape Up : 1 year (Preferred) * data analysis and interpretation to drive product decisions: 1 year (Preferred) * SaaS, marketplaces, or service\-based business models : 1 year (Preferred) * product management or similar roles: 5 years (Required) Language: * C1/C2 level English required (Required) Work Location: In person
