Plans and performs necessary calculations for complete well work as required. Coordinates and directs operator activities during equipment setup and breakdown, as well as equipment preparation for job execution. Provides necessary planning for the job, including team instructions and resolution of disputes within approved limits. Ensures customer satisfaction with completed work. May be responsible for data collection and distribution during operations. Coordinates cleaning, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Provides feedback on individual subordinate performance, offering on-the-job skill development to improve performance. Performs the duties of Service Leader when not present. Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Given the nature of work in oilfields, effective communication with others is essential. Leads safety meetings before and after work to promote safety and environmental awareness. Ensures compliance with HSE standards, practices, and guidelines. Must have excellent knowledge of HSE standards, work methods, and processes. Promotes and actively participates in quality and continuous improvement processes. **Qualifications** ------------------ Requirements: * Technical or Higher Technical University degree in fields related to the Oil \& Gas industry. * 5 years of verifiable experience in onshore acid and non-acid stimulations. * Operation and maintenance of equipment such as high-pressure pumps, mixing equipment, nitrogen pumping. * Ability to supervise work crews and lead operations. * Operation of heavy vehicles and possession of a valid federal Class E driver's license. **Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
