Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role Definition:** Responsible for material requirements planning, inventory accuracy, and monitoring PQVC metrics for the production line. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate efficient movement of materials among workstations, production lines, and warehouses, minimizing delivery times. * Track demand and manufacturing orders to determine material needs; align material availability with production plans. * Maintain consistent communication to ensure on-time deliveries; monitor inventory levels on the production line and maintain their accuracy. * Maintain proactive communication with customers and suppliers; track non-conformance areas arising from material rejections. **Education Requirements:** * High school diploma or currently pursuing an engineering degree. **Skills:** * **Products and Services:** Ability to appropriately apply knowledge of materials and processes across diverse situations. + Defines how their actions and services integrate into the organization. + Delivers service to help customers succeed. + Identifies products and services prioritized by the organization. * **Problem Solving:** Development of approaches, tools, and techniques to resolve organizational, operational, or process-related problems; ability to apply problem-solving knowledge effectively across diverse situations. + Identifies and provides alternatives to solve specific problems. + Develops techniques to improve and comply with internal processes. + Focuses on meeting both personal performance metrics and those of customers. * **Inventory Management – MFG:** Follows processes to maintain healthy inventory levels and resolve discrepancies. + Manages traceability of materials required to fulfill the production plan. + Performs basic inventory management tasks and activities to ensure inventory accuracy on production lines and in warehouses. + Supervises the process for receiving, identifying, validating, and distributing components to their designated storage locations. **Top Candidates Will Have:** * **Experience:** 2 years managing personnel in supply chain functions. * **Availability to rotate shifts.** * **Knowledge:** Six Sigma methodology, Continuous Improvement, leadership tools, productivity improvement projects, Emotional Intelligence. * **Optional:** SAP proficiency, Lean Manufacturing. **Additional Details:** * Location: Santa Catarina Please frequently check the email associated with your application, including your spam/junk folder, as this is our primary method of correspondence.
