The primary objective of this position is to ensure proper management, control, and organization of materials, equipment, and supplies within the warehouse, guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures and established safety regulations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and organize inventories, ensuring accurate stock levels and adherence to internal procedures. * Receive, store, classify, and distribute materials and equipment according to work orders or operational requirements. * Control warehouse entries and exits, ensuring timely and accurate recording in the relevant systems. * Maintain the warehouse in optimal conditions of order, cleanliness, and safety. * Prepare, pack, and coordinate the dispatch or shipment of materials according to established standards. * Support the execution of physical inventories and reconcile stock with system records. * Verify supporting documentation (purchase orders, shipping manifests, requisitions) to ensure material traceability. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of **2 years' experience** as a **storekeeper** on **vessels or platforms**. * Knowledge of materials used in the **oil and gas industry**. * Valid **Type A Seaman's Book**. * **T-BOSIET course**. * **Basic Safety Course for Barges and Platforms**. * Basic knowledge of **inventory execution**. * Experience in **receiving, storage, dispatch, and recording** of materials and equipment. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**.
