





Warehouse Supervisor – Refrigerated (Night Shift) **Position Objective:** Oversee the operations of the refrigerated food products warehouse during the night shift, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, traceability, and temperature standards, as well as efficiency in receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. **Schedule:** Night shift (e.g., from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., adjustable according to operations) **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the receiving, storage, and shipment of refrigerated products, ensuring maintenance of the cold chain. * Supervise night shift personnel, assigning tasks and verifying adherence to procedures. * Monitor and record temperatures of refrigerated chambers and transport vehicles. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (such as GMP, HACCP, applicable NOMs). * Conduct physical and cycle inventories, reporting discrepancies and proposing corrective actions. * Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with food industry standards. * Coordinate with logistics and production to ensure product availability and flow. * Train staff in good food handling practices and safety. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school or technical degree in logistics, food science, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years supervising food warehouses, preferably refrigerated. * Knowledge: Inventory systems, temperature control, food safety regulations, industrial safety. * Skills: Leadership, attention to detail, effective communication, decision-making under pressure.
