Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Master to lead the fabrication, assembly, and installation of wooden furniture and structures, supervise processes, and ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Lead furniture and structural fabrication, assembly, and installation. 2. Supervise processes and coordinate assistant teams. 3. Ensure work quality at each stage. We are seeking an experienced **Carpentry Master** to lead the fabrication, assembly, and installation of wooden furniture and structures. Responsibilities include supervising processes, ensuring work quality, and coordinating assistant teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Fabricate wooden furniture and structures according to design specifications. * Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical measurements. * Cut, assemble, adjust, and finish components. * Supervise carpentry assistants. * Install furniture on-site or at client locations. * Select appropriate materials. * Operate specialized machinery and tools. * Apply finishes (varnish, paint, lacquer, etc.). * Conduct quality checks at each process stage. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Secondary school (technical training in carpentry preferred). * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as a carpenter. * Experience in furniture manufacturing (kitchens, closets, doors, etc.). * Proficiency with hand tools and machinery (saw, miter saw, router, etc.). * Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
