As an **Electrical Specialist Operator**, you will be responsible for performing technical tasks related to the installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of industrial electrical systems. The position involves participating in preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical equipment, installation of electrical components, and support in diagnosing failures in electric motors and associated systems. You will work in coordination with technical supervisors and maintenance personnel to ensure proper equipment operation and compliance with safety and quality standards for all performed tasks. This is a **full-time, on-site position**, with field activities on industrial projects. **Requirements** * Technical or professional training in electricity, electromechanics, or related fields. * Demonstrable experience in industrial electrical work. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment. * Knowledge of diagnosis and repair of electrical failures. * Ability to work in teams and follow technical instructions. * Availability for fieldwork. * Responsible attitude and commitment to industrial safety. **Required technical experience in:** * Preventive maintenance of **electric motors**. * Corrective maintenance of **electric motors**. * Installation and replacement of **bearings in electric motors**. * Installation of **couplings in electric motors**. * Installation of **start capacitors in single-phase motors**. * Support in diagnosing **electrical failures in industrial equipment**. **Required documentation** * Valid official photo identification (both sides) (INE, driver’s license, or passport). * Technical education certificate (both sides) or professional degree. * Updated resume. * Employment certificates verifying a minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial electrical work. **Location:** Cunduacán, Tabasco. **Employment type:** Monday to Friday.
