Guarantee of high-quality services **Objective:** Lead and coordinate the activities of the radiology department, ensuring appropriate management of personnel and resources, as well as delivery of high-quality services, compliance with safety regulations, and optimization of available resources. **Job Profile** Bachelor’s degree in Radiology and Imaging or a related field. Proven experience in radiology, preferably in hospital or clinical settings. Knowledge of radiation protection, equipment maintenance, and resource management. Skills in leadership, personnel management, and resource management. Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Competencies:** Leadership and team management. Service and quality orientation. Proactivity and problem-solving.
