At Kuehne+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine. ‎ **How you’ll make an impact** Coordinate work teams and validate daily operational activities assigned, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery of products to customers and/or receipt from suppliers within warehouse processes, thereby guaranteeing service levels.**What we’d like you to bring** 1. Conduct daily kickoff meetings, Daily + Weekly Stand-Up Meetings, as well as shift handovers (handover/takeover) 2. Ensure accurate data entry into the system aligned with physical processes 3. Ensure proper execution of operational processes according to agreed requirements and service levels 4. Apply the 5S methodology and continuous improvement in areas under your responsibility 5. Manage floor-level process execution, ensuring contractual and internal performance indicators are met 6. Balance workloads across both human capital and material resources 7. Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication regarding operational requirements and best warehousing practices 8. Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions 9. Maintain disciplined resource control to achieve desired productivity 10. Ensure personnel properly complete checklists for assigned areas, tools, or equipment 11. Ensure all processes are managed through documented procedures on authorized platforms 12. Serve as a key user of the WMS or site-specific system under your responsibility 13. Monitor performance indicators for F&D personnel under your supervision to ensure Category Certification compliance 14.
