




**OPERATIONAL MANAGER** * Education: Completed bachelor's degree. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as Coordinator or Manager in the field of on-site security. * Experience in coordinating work teams * Experience in client relations **Competencies/Skills:** * Leadership, * Teamwork. * Resilience in emergencies * Strategic thinking. * Decision-making skills. * Verbal and written communication skills **Functions:** * Coordinate schedules based on current operations. * Responsible for staying updated on relevant incidents and following them through to resolution or client agreement. * Must schedule work assignments for their operational team. * Responsible for information regarding services under their supervision, thus must always be highly available. * Evaluate the performance of personnel under their supervision. * Confirm coverage of all services without incidents. * Must report any relevant developments that arise. * Responsible for meeting with new clients to present themselves, offer availability, and explain the operational chain of command. * Reinforce training on procedures and responsibilities. * Responsible for payroll incident reporting. * Ensure an ethical environment for a positive workplace climate. * Train security personnel to qualify them for proper job performance. * Attend client meetings for operational follow-up and correct reported incidents through action plans.
