Job Summary: Supervise and control operational processes to ensure efficient routing, sorting, and shipping of both foreign and domestic cargo. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise staff and cargo shipping processes. 2. Develop training for personnel under supervision. 3. Implement contingency plans for operations. Operations Supervisor Supervise and control operational processes and cycles in accordance with company standards and policies to ensure that all foreign and domestic shipments are properly routed, sorted, and shipped. Responsibilities: 1\. Supervise staff to weigh, sort, route, and affix routing labels to each shipment. 2\. Supervise to ensure availability of necessary equipment and tools for daily operations. 3\. Supervise, control, and direct operational staff under supervision. 4\. Develop training and professional development for personnel under supervision. 5\. Determine pre-alerts issued to branches, indicating the volume of cargo arriving at each location. 6\. Prepare and submit return metrics to the Shipping Control department. 7\.
