




At NORMEX, we are seeking a Payroll Assistant with an operational and administrative focus, responsible for the comprehensive management of payroll and labor information control, ensuring compliance with IMSS regulations and proper document organization. Responsibilities * Payroll processing in CONTPAQi Nóminas. * Employee registration, termination, and salary modifications in IMSS via SUA and IDSE. * Calculation and payment of employer-employee contributions through SIPARE. * Management and follow-up of FONACOT procedures. * Administration of meal vouchers. * Control, compilation, and updating of physical and digital personnel files. * Continuous updating of labor and administrative information. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (LAE). * Operational proficiency in CONTPAQi Nóminas, SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE. * Knowledge of IMSS, FONACOT, and employee benefits processes. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
