Develops and provides continuous training for the team. **Position Objective** Lead and coordinate the nursing team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care, as well as compliance with clinical and administrative protocols. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate nursing staff * Assign shifts, tasks, and workloads * Ensure compliance with medical and safety protocols * Evaluate team performance and provide feedback * Coordinate training and staff updates * Manage medical supplies and administrative control * Prepare reports and departmental indicators **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (mandatory) * Experience: 1 to 4 years in similar roles * Experience leading teams (desirable) * Knowledge of clinical protocols and hospital management * Proficiency in hospital software (preferred) **Key Skills** * Leadership and decision-making * Working under pressure * Team organization and management * Effective communication and empathy **Plus** * Additional languages * Knowledge across various clinical areas Salary: $6,970.00 - $16,625.07 per month Workplace: On-site employment
