**Position: Integrated Management System (IMS) and Audits Officer** **Main Responsibilities:** **1\. Integrated Management System (IMS) Management and Maintenance:** \- Implement, maintain, and improve the IMS, aligning quality, safety, environmental, and other relevant management systems processes. \- Ensure that IMS procedures and policies are properly documented and easily accessible to all personnel. \- Monitor system performance indicators and propose corrective actions when necessary. **2\. Internal Audits:** \- Plan and coordinate internal audits to assess compliance with quality, environment, safety, and other applicable standards. \- Develop and review audit plans, identifying critical areas and establishing evaluation criteria. \- Conduct scheduled internal audits and prepare detailed reports with findings and corrective actions. \- Follow up on corrective actions arising from audits. **3\. External Audits and Regulatory Compliance:** \- Coordinate external audits with certification bodies and other stakeholders. \- Ensure the organization complies with all applicable local and international regulations and standards. \- Serve as the main contact for external auditors and manage their activities during audits. **4\. Training and Advisory Support:** \- Train employees on IMS procedures and best practices for quality, safety, and environmental management. \- Provide technical advice to different departments regarding the management system and audit preparation. **5\. Continuous Improvement:** \- Identify opportunities for improvement in IMS-related processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives. \- Promote a culture of quality within the organization by collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and increase efficiency. **6\. Report and Documentation Preparation:** \- Generate periodic reports on IMS performance and audit results. \- Manage documentation related to audits and the management system, ensuring it is updated and correctly distributed. **7\. Non-Conformance Management:** \- Coordinate and follow up on non-conformances identified during audits or daily operations, proposing and verifying the implementation of corrective actions. **8\. Strategic Planning:** \- Participate in strategic planning for the IMS, aligning organizational objectives with best practices in integrated management. **Job Requirements:** **\- Academic Background:** \- University degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields. \- Training in Integrated Management Systems (quality, environment, safety, etc.), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc. **\- Experience:** \- Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in implementing and managing integrated management systems. \- Experience coordinating and conducting internal and external audits. \- Knowledge of international standards and regulations (ISO, OHSAS, etc.). \- Experience preparing reports and technical documentation. **Other Requirements:** \- Availability to travel if necessary. \- Additional certifications in auditing or quality management (e.g., lead auditor ISO, internal auditor, etc.) Type of position: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite contract Work Location: On-site
