Profile we're looking for If you meet the following requirements, we want to hear from you: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in: * Implementation of business strategies. * Personnel management. * Handling complaints and suggestions. * Creating and analyzing reports. * Age between 27 and 40 years old, with excellent appearance. * Residency exclusively in Villahermosa, Tabasco. **Required technical skills:** * Development of business strategies. * Organization of activities and team management. * Inventory control and auditing. * Handling complaints and customer service. * Analysis and interpretation of information. * Leadership, effective communication, and working under procedures. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of motorcycles and spare parts. * Experience with Odoo system or other ERP systems. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and administrative tools. Main responsibilities * Implement and evaluate the branch's business plan, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. * Lead, train, and motivate the work team. * Supervise sales, inventory, orders, and administrative control. * Ensure proper opening, operation, and closing of the branch. * Maintain high customer service standards and resolve issues. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports. * Ensure compliance with internal protocols, operation manuals, and safety regulations.
