





Front Desk Supervisor A front desk supervisor (operations) oversees the activities managed at the hotel, including guest requests, services, and the promotion of internal activities. What will I do? As a Front Desk Supervisor (operations), you will supervise all areas of the hotel to ensure everything is functioning properly so that guests have an excellent stay. A Front Desk Supervisor (operations) is responsible for overseeing the activities that create our guests' first impression and must therefore perform the following tasks to the highest standards: * Supervise operational areas during your assigned shift with a high level of quality. * Ensure the on-duty team is up-to-date with hotel products, services, prices, and special promotional offers, as well as staying informed about daily events. * Inform the shift team of any special requests or the presence of VIP guests at the hotel on that day. * Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of team members in their respective areas and report any issues to each department head regarding team members in those areas. * Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and report any shift-related issues to the department head. * Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints quickly and thoroughly when the Front Desk Manager is no longer on duty. * Monitor and inform department heads if team members are not meeting presentation or guest service standards. * Maintain a professional appearance, prioritizing hospitality and guest service. **SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE:** * Personnel management. * Guest recognition through the Hilton Honors loyalty program. * Decision-making. * Verbal fluency. * Social and interpersonal skills. * Complaint handling. * Teamwork.
