**REQUIREMENTS:** At least 3 years of professional experience as a Technical Specialist in Pumping Operations. If holding a technical degree, 3 years of experience must be accredited. 10 years of experience required for non-degree technicians. Provide employment records signed by HR confirming experience and position held. Have industry experience and completed required online product training. Possess valid professional license and ID card. Hold current SSPA certifications. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct daily rounds at wells and equipment (mechanical pumping units, electric submersible pumps, injection systems, etc.) to detect gas or fluid leaks, unusual noises, or vibrations indicating failures. * Monitor and adjust critical operational parameters such as pumping speed, line pressures, and motor temperature to optimize production without damaging equipment. * Measure and report daily oil, gas, and water production for each well, recording this data for production reports. * Start compressor engines and direct oil or gas into flow lines, storage tanks, or processing units according to the operational plan. * Use diagnostic tools (such as dynamometer charts in mechanical pumping) to evaluate downhole system performance and diagnose common issues (e.g., pump blockage, rod breakage, imbalance). * Perform first-level maintenance or minor repairs on surface equipment (lubrication, belt adjustments, packing inspections, etc.) to minimize downtime. * Ensure all operations comply with industrial safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of hydrocarbons.
