**OBJECTIVE:** *Optimize the MD2 pineapple production process for export, meeting the quality and food safety standards required by each of our customers, fulfilling packing schedules, and maximizing the plant's production capacity.* **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing * Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering (or related field) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ⮚ Receive outsourcing production schedule. ⮚ Conduct daily start-of-shift meetings with processing personnel. ⮚ Coordinate the start of production runs. ⮚ Record staff attendance and take roll call for processing personnel's pre-payroll calculation. ⮚ Monitor and resolve quality inconsistencies. ⮚ Supervise newly hired personnel. ⮚ Oversee operations and personnel across different areas. ⮚ Prepare producer reports at the end of each production run. ⮚ Prepare daily and weekly production reports. ⮚ Coordinate with various departments to ensure and control necessary resources for production and personnel. ⮚ Ensure achievement and report on departmental performance indicators. ⮚ Manage maintenance of documented information. ⮚ Develop planned actions for the operation of the management system and monitor their implementation. ⮚ Identify non-conforming process outputs and drive improvement initiatives. ⮚ Participate in and conduct internal audits of the management system in the relevant role.
