At **Construvivienda Tecnologicas** we are looking for a **Payroll Manager** who ensures the accurate calculation and timely payment of weekly payrolls, severance packages, and employer obligations (IMSS, Infonavit, ISR, etc.). The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and have extensive knowledge of labor legislation and payroll systems. Main Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and supervise regular and extraordinary payroll processes (bonuses, PTU). * Calculate weekly severance packages. * Review and reconcile movements in IDSE and SUA (hires, terminations, salary changes). * Ensure compliance with payments for IMSS, ISR, Infonavit, and other employer obligations. * Manage REPSE and SIROC for worker and project registration. * File risk premium and accident rate declarations. * Provide Treasury with payroll disbursement amounts in a timely manner. * Maintain employee information with absolute confidentiality. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar position. * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Nóminas**. * Knowledge of labor and tax regulations (IMSS, ISR, Infonavit, LFT). * Calculation of severance packages, PTU, and filings. * REPSE and SIROC. * Advanced Excel and Office suite skills. * **Personal Skills:** Organization, discipline, communication, problem management, integrity, emotional intelligence, and responsibility.
