




Position Summary: Administer and manage human resources processes in construction projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, personnel control, and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Key administrative support for efficient operations. ***Position Objective:*** Administer and manage human resources processes within the **construction** project, guaranteeing compliance with labor regulations, personnel control, worker support, and administrative assistance to ensure efficient and orderly operations. ***Responsibilities:*** * Attendance tracking, incident reporting, leave management, and time clock records for construction personnel. * Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers with the corporate department or IMSS (as per internal process). * Prepare payroll drafts and validate actual working hours for operational and administrative staff. * Manage employment contracts, renewals, and complete personnel files. * Conduct inductions, initial training, and follow-up on DC3 (if applicable). * Administer uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and staff support services. * Assist in disciplinary procedures, administrative minutes, and incident reports. * Maintain communication with supervisors, site managers, and department heads regarding personnel control. * Support local recruitment efforts. * Administer internal staff procedures, permits, accommodations, travel allowances, or transfers. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. * Prepare weekly personnel reports, turnover reports, absenteeism reports, and payroll reports. * **Knowledge of Labor Unions.** We Offer: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Base salary commensurate with experience and statutory benefits ***Location: Paraíso, Tabasco*** Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
